Refund policy

Change of mind or incorrectly purchased items

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products come with Change of Mind returns policy to keep you at ease. Please note the following details on this returns policy:

  • You must contact us by email regarding your change of mind return, within the 14-day period of receiving the item.
  • Postage cost for change of mind returns is paid by the buyer.
  • The returned item must be in its original brand new, unopened & unused condition.
  • For change of mind returns, a 20% restock fee will be charged.
  • You must contact our customer service team by email, for us to confirm the return & give you further instruction.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly received products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
